poached lamb with summer vegetables... a taste

poached lamb with summer vegetables

Life's a little busy at Spaghetti Towers right now. Here's something to be going on with. I'll be right back with the recipe as soon as I can - probably Tuesday. And yes, you did read it right - it does say poached lamb.

More soon...

Hey, the kitchen's back in action! Yay! Looks great!
By the way, I just spotted the Maze book in these shores. It was shrink-wrapped, though, so I didn't want to take a peek. I'm a little obsessive-compulsive that way :)

Gorgeous. If the lamb comes out looking that gorgeous, I am well up for poaching it.

Yay! Can't wait to see that one - those veg look delicious too. I'm just poaching a large peice of rolled beef brisket with star anise, garlic and cinnamon bark as we speak. So I'm definitely intruged by your lamb dish.

Did someone get herself a little immersion bath thingy for sous vide? My breath is bated, shoog.

Mmm..when lamb is done right, it's my favorite meat by far. And that looks like some edamame underneath, superb!

I obviously missed that recipe in his book. The lamb looks wonderful and I will have to try this method of cooking lamb.
